This company is nothing but a bunch of money-hungry, deceitful liars. My wife and I have spent THREE years fighting tooth and nail, trying to get out of this timeshare trap, and they won’t budge. Meanwhile, they keep forcing us to pay ridiculously high and constantly increasing maintenance fees. Fees we were NEVER told about before signing. Here’s our story so you can steer clear of these scammers. Right after I retired from the military, we were invited to Massanutten for a “presentation” with the promise of a $100 gift, just for listening. They rolled out the red carpet, showing us the condos and hyping up all the amenities to get us excited. Then came the sales pitch, a web of lies that we fell for. Lie #1: They claimed it was a "great investment" that we could sell or rent out whenever we wanted. Well, guess what? No one wants to rent it, and it has ZERO resale value. Lie #2: They promised maintenance fees would only be $203 a year. What they didn’t tell us (and we had no idea to ask back then) was that those fees would skyrocket every single year. Lie #3: They made it sound like we could vacation whenever we wanted. Nope! We’re stuck with March or the first two weeks of December. Times we can NEVER use, especially with our kid in school. We also found out that this timeshare will be passed down to our daughter as part of our estate. She didn’t ask for this, and we certainly don’t want her inheriting this nightmare. They didn't bother to tell us that part during the rushed signing process when they distracted us to keep us from fully reading the fine print. We’ve NEVER been able to use the timeshare. Not even once. We tried renting it out through their homeowners’ association and didn’t get a single renter. When we followed their advice and tried selling it ourselves, we ended up being scammed out of $1,000. To make matters worse, life hasn’t been kind since we purchased this timeshare. Between losing work during Covid and the financial strains of family emergencies, we’re drowning. This timeshare is just extra weight on our shoulders that we don’t need. We’ve reached out countless times, written letters, sent emails. Nothing. They’ve ignored us every step of the way. If you come across this company, RUN the other way! They’re dishonest, manipulative, and only care about your wallet. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. If it’s already too late for you, I feel your pain and wish you luck because this is a battle no one deserves. Save yourself and your family the heartache! 😡

I just came back 3 days ago from Massanutten Resorts! Its really fun and I recommend it in the summer so you can go the outdoors water park. It is really amazing!

I’m confused because your website won’t allow you to book snow tubing for this weekend, I’m guessing due to the festival, but then in all the videos of snow moon festival, ppl are snow tubing

Strange that this is rated as a black diamond trail with a note that says "Jump Skills Required." I don't see any mandatory gaps and the jumps are 100% rollable. Maybe they give it the hard rating to make their insurance company happy?
